Enate Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot is a red wine produced by Bodegas Enate, a renowned winery located in the Somontano appellation of Spain. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 550-600 meters above sea level, with a continental climate and stony soils that provide excellent drainage. The wine is made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, carefully selected and harvested by hand. The winemaking process involves a long maceration period and aging in French oak barrels for six months, resulting in a complex and elegant wine with notes of black fruit, spices, and vanilla.
