The sweetness level is a bit too high, and it's starting to feel like the winemaker is leaning towards a sweeter style. I've had better domestic Rieslings, but I don't love the overpowering sweetness in this wine. It's almost as if the winemaker is trying to achieve a certain citrus flavor profile, but it's getting lost in the sweetness. I'm not a fan of overly sweet wines, and I think this one might be a bit too sweet for my taste. I'm not alone in this opinion, and I've heard from others that they prefer drier Rieslings. I'm just not a fan of this one.
