WINE DESCRIPTION
Dr. Konstantin Frank Chardonnay is an oaked richly textured dry white wine from the Fingers Lake. After harvesting and pressing the grapes, the wine is fermented in a combination of steel vats and oak barrels to create a rounder texture and extra depth. The wine is aged for roughly 8 to 10 months in oak barrels, a small proportion of which are new to add notes of sweet spices to complement the citrus flavors.
NOTES FROM VINOVOSS SOMMELIER
This Dr. Konstantin Frank Chardonnay is a delightfully refreshing and vibrant white wine. Its aromas of pear and lemon zest are complimented by hints of spice and a creamy texture. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with juicy flavors of ripe orchard fruit, citrus, and mineral notes. The finish is crisp and medium length, with flavors of apple and pear complemented by cinnamon and vanilla
