WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Zind Humbrecht Pinot Gris Alsace Clos Jebsal Vendange Tardive is made from late harvested grapes. Wines are fermented using indigenous yeast to best express the site with the belief that the final wines gain more complexity. Maturation takes place using extended lees aging for a period of 24-36 months in large old French barrels that add texture to the wine without contributing oak spice notes.
