WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Zind Humbrecht Gewürztraminer Alsace Grand Cru Goldert Vendange Tardive is produced by Olivier Humbrecht MW. Gewurztraminer are grown on calcareous marl soils. The grapes are hand harvested late in the season to achieve higher levels of ripeness and fermented slowly using indigenous yeasts with lengthy ageing on lees to add texture and body to the wines without seeking to impart oak spice.
