WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Hamelin Beauroy Chablis Premier Cru ismade from vines located on very steep south-facing slopes that were planted between 1980 and 1982. The is vinified in stainless steel tank, then undergoes malolactic conversion to soften the acidity. It is then aged for a further 12 to 18 months in stainless steel to fully harmonise the wine and mesh the flavors to provide an expressive and powerful premier cru Chablis.
