WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Faillenc Sainte-Marie Corbières is a field blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. The vineyards that produce this wine are located in the appellation of Corbières located in the South of France. Here, the vines experience a warm Mediterranean climate, ideal for ripening varieties like Grenache and Cinsault. When the grapes achieve optimal ripeness, they are harvested, before being partially destemmed, crushed and transferred to the fermentation tanks. The different varieties are fermented together the pressed and matured.

Domaine Faillenc Sainte-Marie Corbières has a medium to deep ruby color.Ripe red and black fruits leap from the glass, with layers of strawberries, blackberries and plums, accompanied by subtle hints of spices and herbs. The palate is broad and expansive with a medium to full body and a round, velvety texture. The flavors of red and dark fruits continue to dominate, with additional notes of strawberries, blackberries and damsons. There is a pleasant acidity that redresses the balance by adding freshness to the wine, and the tannins are well-integrated, providing a balanced structure.
