The vineyards are planted exclusively to Cabernet Franc on a mix of gravel and limestone spoils with have a southern exposure for greater ripening potential. The grapes seek a cold soak before a cooler fermentation with gentle extraction and a short overall vatting time. All of which leads to a vibrant, supple syle of Cabernet Franc with lean acidity and crunchy fruit destined for everyday drinking with the first glass being consumed during meal preparation. A perfect wine for Spring or when refreshment is needed.
