WINE DESCRIPTION
The Côté Mer Collioure Rouge is produced by Domaine de La Rectorie which is located in France's Southwest Roussillon. This region situated near the Spanish border, is the driest and warmest in France. In 1984, Marc and Thierry Parcé inherited the family estate and have converted it to organic farming. This Collioure red wine is made with a majority of Grenache, supported by Carignan and Syrah. After a lengthy maceration, the wine is matured in a combination of barrels and tuns for around 18 months prior to its release.
