WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine de Frégate Bandol Rosé is a majority blend of Mourvèdre with roughly equal proportions of Grenache and Cinsault. The grapes are sourced from Bandol appellation located in the Provence region in the South of France. The grapes are harvested, sorted and completely de-stemmed before being pressed. The must is then transferred to thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats to begin fermentation. The wine is matured on fine lees with occasional stirring before being bottled ready for release.
