Daniel Crochet Sancerre Rouge is an organically-certified, family-run company overseen by Daniel Crochet who is located in France's Loire Valley. The harvest is hand-picked, sorted, and may be destemmed total or partially depending on the vintage. The wines is fermented in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks, then matured in a combination of barrels and concrete tanks for a period of approximately 16-18 months prior to its release.
