Fernando Mora's winemaking journey began in 2008 with his inaugural wine, AROM, crafted in his apartment. This marked the genesis of his venture into the world of wine. Seeking elevated terroir for enhanced freshness and precision, Bodegas Frontonio and Bodegas San Alejandro joined forces with a shared aspiration—to produce one of the finest Garnachas globally. The vineyards boast old Garnacha vines aged over 50 years, situated at an altitude exceeding 700 meters, cultivated in bush vines and dry-farmed conditions. The diverse soils, including slate, quartzite, and limestone glacis, contribute to the wine's complexity. Manual harvesting, open-cement vat fermentation, native yeasts, and 10 months of aging in cement vessels underscore the commitment to quality winemaking.
