Cowhorn Rosé, produced by Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden in the Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon, is a refined expression of Grenache. This rosé benefits from the region's unique terroir, featuring well-drained soils and a moderate climate that promotes optimal grape ripening. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the winemaking process includes a short maceration followed by a delicate press and minimal intervention to preserve the wine's fresh and vibrant character. Additionally, part of the wine is fermented in barrel, adding depth and complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced rosé perfect for warm-weather enjoyment.
