WINE DESCRIPTION

Cosmic Gratitud Cabernet Franc is a refreshing and lively red wine from the Empordà region located within Catalonia, Spain. The wine is typically a majority blend of Cabernet franc with a small proportion of Parellada drawn from high elevation sites that lend freshness to the wine. After crushing the berries, the wines are fermented in a combination of amphora and stainless steel vats. The wine is subsequently matured for a short period in in small chestnut barrels before they are bottled ready for release.
