WINE DESCRIPTION

The Cascinotto Nebbiolo vineyard is located in the municipality of Diano d’Alba. This region, renowned for producing excellent Dolcetto, also features remarkable Nebbiolo. Our production of Nebbiolo Cascinotto began in the 1990s, starting with meticulous vineyard cultivation and thinning of the grapes during veraison to ensure full and proper ripening. The harvested grapes undergo a one-week submerged cap fermentation. After fermentation, the wine is placed in French barriques, where it rests for a period of 20 months. This process results in a rich and balanced Nebbiolo that reflects the tradition and quality of Diano d’Alba.
