Nestled between the majestic Majella and Gran Sasso mountains and kissed by the breezes of the Adriatic Sea, this prime vineyard location showcases a unique fusion of mountain and coastal influences. Here, the ideal temperature range allows grapes to develop strikingly distinct characteristics. Hand-harvested Sangiovese clusters are vinified with care: a long maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures intensifies the wine’s aromatics and deep hue. Frequent pump-overs enhance the extraction of flavors, creating a beautifully nuanced wine. Finished entirely in stainless steel, this is a pure and captivating taste of Chieti’s diverse terroir.
