WINE DESCRIPTION
Ciabot Berton 3 Utin Langhe Nebbiolo is an approachable, less fiercely tannic alternative for fans of Barolo and Barbaresco. The grapes can come from all over the larger, overarching Langhe area. Ciabot Berton is a family-owned company located in the commune of La Morra. Their wines are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then aged for a period in steel and bottle prior to release to showcase the characteristics of Nebbiolo without the influence of oak.

Ciabot Berton 3 Utin Langhe Nebbiolo has an attractive pale ruby hue.On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of tart red cherries, dried roses, and hints of lavender. These aromas are further complemented by subtle notes of earthiness and spice, adding depth and intrigue to the wine. The palate shows lean, with high acidity and assertive tannins, typical of Nebbiolo. The flavors of red berries, particularly cherries, dominate, accompanied by nuances of licorice, leather, and a touch of forest floor.
