WINE DESCRIPTION
Château Soucherie Cuvée les Rangs de Long Anjou Blanc is a refreshing, unoaked white made from the bracingly acidic, semi-aromatuc Chenin Blanc variety. This wine hails from the Anjou appellation, located in the Loire Valley in France, that experiences a cool to moderate climate. The grapes are sourced from the “Les Rangs de Long” vineyard which experiences a south-southeastern exposure, helping to achieve higher levels of ripeness in the final wine. The wine is vinified in tank, before being aged on the fine lees (dead yeast) for around 8 months before being bottled.
