Château Rollin Haut-Médoc is a red blend from the Haut-Médoc appellation, located on the left bank of Gironde estuary in Bordeaux, France. This wine is typically a blend of equal proportions of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, often with a touch of Petit Verdot used in warmer vintages. The winemaking process involves fermentation in inert vessels before undergoing a period of maturation in oak barrels. The resulting wine shows a good balance of fruit flavors, fine-grained tannins and well-integrated oak spice that can be consumed in youth or can develop in bottle for around a decade.
