This rare terroir produces grapes of exceptional quality, exclusively harvested during exceptional vintages. Made solely from Tannat grapes, the wine undergoes integral vinification in 500L French new oak barrels, fostering a rich and complex flavor profile. Aging for about a year months in the same barrels further enhances its depth and character. With an average production of only 7,000 bottles per vintage, this wine embodies the essence of exclusivity and excellence.
