WINE DESCRIPTION
Château Moulin du Cadet Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé is a dry, full bodied, oaked red wine with a plush mouthfilling intensity, chalky tannins and lean acidity that is intended for long term cellaring before drinking. The estate is located on the edge of the town of Saint Émilion and is sited on clay soils over limestone bedrock wich is known to produce the highest quality wines. This is reflected in the premium position of Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé achieved within the local classification. The winemaking involves the use of 100% hand harvested Merlot grapes and maturation in a high proportion of small, new, French oak. This is a good choice for those seeking a wine with raw power or a wine to cellar for a ddecade before enjoying at its peak.
