WINE DESCRIPTION
Château de Lascaux Rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache from the Coteaux du Languedoc, located in the south of France. The grapes are harvested early to retain acidity and delicacy of aromas. On arrival at the winery, they are pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats at cool temperatures to retain fruit purity. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is matured in inert vessel on fine lees for a short period before bottling ready for release.

Château de Lascaux Coteaux du Languedoc Rosé is a refreshing and lively rosé with a pale salmon pink appearance.The nose offers aromas of delicate red fruits, such as strawberries, redcurrants and raspberries, with subtle herbal notes and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, the wine has firm acidity and a silky texture. The wine shows excellent purity and balance, with a delicate mineral note to accompany the red berries on the dry, refreshing finish.
