Château Carbonneau Lulu Rosé is a refreshing, dry rosé produced in the Sainte-Foy-Bordeaux region, located in Southwest France.
This wine is composed from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot sourced from grapes that are harvested earlier to retain freshness and lightness of flavor, ideal for delicate style of rosé. The grapes are harvested in the early morning, before being direct pressed to create a pale pink color. The must is fermented at low temperatures to retain freshness and bright citrus aromas. This wine is perfect for sipping on a warm summer day or pairing with light dishes.

Château Carbonneau Lulu Rosé has an attractive pale pink color.The nose is delicate with notes of small red berries like strawberries, redcurrants, and cranberries accompanied by citrus peel. These fruit aromas are supported by an underlying herbaceous character reminiscent of freshly cut peppers. The palate is fresh and lively driven by crisp acidity, which creates a lean texture and an angular finish that is marked by tart red fruits and leafy, slightly vegetal notes of cut grass.
