WINE DESCRIPTION
Cesari Pinot Grigio delle Venezie is a dry, Pinot Grigio based wines from the regions of Veneto, Friuli and Trentino.
Harvest is strictly carried out by hand in early September to retain freshness and acidity. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed to obtain the must which is allowed to ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Bottling is carried out in late Spring.
The resulting wine has a bright straw yellow colour. Fresh and delicate bouquet of fruit and white flowers. The nose opens with floral notes of acacia and hawthorn.
