WINE DESCRIPTION

Cascina del Colle Aimè Pecorino is a crisp, dry white wine made from the Pecorino grape variety. Produced under the overarching Abruzzo regional appellation, the grapes for this wine are sourced from the Villamagna area. Vinification takes place entirely in steel vats at low temperatures to retain the varietal character and aromatic qualities of the wine. Aging last for around 4 months in steel vats where the flavors are allowed to harmonise prior to bottling.

Cascina del Colle Aimè Pecorino presents a medium straw color, On the nose, seductive citrus notes, including lemon and grapefruit, accompanied by subtle floral notes waft from the glass.These aromas create a refreshing and inviting experience. The palate of this wine displays a vibrant acidity that is well-balanced with the fruit flavors. The citrus notes continue to shine through, complemented by hints of nuts and a touch of minerality.
