Captûre Les Pionniers Sauvignon Blanc is an unoaked, mono-varietal white wine produced by Captûre Wines, a winery located in the Sonoma County appellation of California. The grapes for this wine are sourced from the estate's high-altitude vineyards, which are characterized by their rocky soils and cool climate. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation in steel barrels. The wine is matured for around 5 months on lees with occasional stirring to enhance the texture.
