Cape Point Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc is a dry, citrusy wine hailing from the region of Western Cape in South Africa. The grapes are hand-picked, destemmed, and gently pressed to liberate the juice from the skins. The juice is transferred to stainless steel vats for a cool temperature-controlled fermentation that retains freshness and delicate aromatics. The wine is matured for a period of around 4 months on fine lees (decomposing yeast) which contributes texture and weight.
