Sisters Ruth and Ana de Andrés crafted this lively Cava, grown on 48 hectares with Xarello, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes in soil rich in limestone. A modern winery in Masia Puigmoltò, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, ensures high-quality Can Xa Cava. The aging process takes place in the underground cellar (la cava), maintaining a constant 14°C temperature. This Cava, with vibrant freshness, suits an aperitif, soft cheese with chutney, or light dishes like fish and rice. It's also a great match for spicy Indian curries.
