Can Bonastre Maurel Blanc is a premium white wine produced by Can Bonastre Wine Resort in the Penedès region of Spain. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay, grown in the estate's vineyards which benefit from the Mediterranean climate and the influence of the nearby Montserrat mountain. The winemaking process involves careful selection of the grapes, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
