WINE DESCRIPTION
Borgo Conventi's Collio Pinot Grigio is crafted in the esteemed Collio Goriziano wine region, known for its exceptional white wines. The Pinot Grigio vines, aged between 10 and 45 years, thrive on the clay-rich soils derived from the area's unique marne and sandstone subsoil. This wine undergoes direct pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for about 10 days, followed by several months of maturation on fine lees in steel.
