Belle Pente Riesling is a premium white wine produced by Belle Pente Vineyard and Winery, located in the Willamette Valley appellation of Oregon. The winemaking process involves hand-harvesting and gentle pressing of the grapes, 2 days skin contact before fermentation for better aromas extaction, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate aromas and flavors. The wine undergoes prolonged aging on the lees to gain extra complexity and smoother texture. Classic expression of Oregon Riesling, inspired by leading Riesling producing regions of the world.
