Bele Casel's Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Brut hails from Monfumo's steep limestone-rich hills. Glera is the main grape variety, gently pressed and fermented under controlled temperatures. Afterward, the wine matures for 7 months in stainless steel tanks, with no filtration or sulfites added. It features 11% alcohol, 4.5 atmospheres of pressure, and 5.2 g/l of acidity. Visually, it sparkles with a light effervescence. Aromatically, it offers golden apple and grapefruit notes, while its taste is elegant and balanced. Ideal for appetizers and seafood, serve it at 6-8°C for a delightful experience.
