WINE DESCRIPTION
Backsberg Kosher Chardonnay is gently pressed for gentle extraction as to avoid excessive bitterness. The juice is pasteurized to ensure that the wine is Kosher for Passover. The wine is fermented in inert vessels to preserve fruit character without being masked by oak spice. The wine is then aged for a short period in inert vessel to integrate the flavors and create a harmonious fruit-led wine brimming with tropical flavors of mango and pineapple with a creamy texture and bright acidity for a refreshing, unoaked Chardonnay.
