WINE DESCRIPTION
The Sancerre Pinot Noir from the Loire region is a medium-bodied, sec, non-sparkling red wine. Produced from ripe grapes of 30-year-old vines on calciferous soil, this wine undergoes meticulous vinification. The fully de-stalked grapes experience a 10-day cuvasion in stainless steel vats, followed by pneumatic pressing. It then undergoes both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before filtration and summer bottling. This wine pairs wonderfully with charcuterie and goat's cheese and is best enjoyed within 2 to 4 years of vintage, showcasing the rich flavors and elegance of its terroir.
