The soils are low in organic matter, creating an optimal microclimate for vine cultivation. Alpha adheres to strict sustainable farming practices and respects natural resources. Their Sauvignon Blanc boasts a fresh, pale, slightly yellowish hue. It presents a strong aroma but a gentle palate, culminating in a long finish. Dominant flavors include gooseberry, passion fruit, melon, and lychee. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs excellently with fresh seafood and salads.
