WINE DESCRIPTION
Alemany i Corrió Principia Mathematica is made from the Xarel·lo better known for the role it plays in producing the sparkling wines of Cava. Here in Vilafranca del Penedès located near the cultural hub of Barcelona, old vines yield concentrated grapes capable of producing profound still wines. Vinification occurs in small and large french oak barrels before being matured in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel vats.
