Neronet is a black Czech cross with deep colour
Neronet is a red-fleshed and black-skinned grape variety. It produces wine with deep colour, medium bodied and with lots of cassis and cherry aromas.
Neronet is mainly grown in Czech Republic and Slovakia Neronet is vigorous and quite productive. The loose, medium-sized bunches of small, red-fleshed berries have good resistance to botrytis bunch rot The wines made from Neronet pair well with a variety of dishes, including grilled meats, game, and rich stews. They also work well with dishes that have an herbal or floral component, such as ratatouille or risotto.
Neronet is a cross obtained in 1965, between Sankt Laurent, Blauer Portugieser and Alibernet.
