Wine Expert Note:

This Tyrrell's Vat 1 Sémillon is a light-bodied and bright white wine, with aromas of lemon, lime, and grapefruit that are complemented by hints of honey and toast. On the palate, the wine is crisp and vibrant, with a creamy texture and balanced acidity. This is a great wine that matches well with white-fleshed fish like turbot. Whilst refreshing to drink now on account of the vibrant acidity. This wine needs at least 10 years to start showing its potential and will cellar for up to 40 years. Read more
