WINE DESCRIPTION
Zuccardi Fósil San Pablo Chardonnay is produced by the Argentine winery, Zuccardi. The grapes are sourced from the San Pablo vineyard, located in the Uco Valley appellation of Mendoza, in the foothills of the Andean mountain range. The vineyard is situated at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level, resulting in spellbinding acidity and freshness. The winemaking process focuses on the purity of the fruit with no new oak barrels used. The resulting wine is a taut and elegant Chardonnay with crisp apple and lemon fruit, a delicate body, and a long, chalky finish.

Mendoza is the largest wine-producing region in Argentina, located in the foothills of the Andes Mountains. It is known for its high-altitude vineyards, producing some of the country's most renowned wines.
