WINE DESCRIPTION
Zeni Vignealte Lugana is a dry, unoaked, delicate white wine produced by Zeni Winery in the Lugana appellation of Italy. The wine is made from the Turbiana grape variety, which is grown from vineyards at the south end of Lake Garda. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and undergo a gentle pressing to preserve their delicate flavors. The wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before undergoing a short period of ageing in inert vessels. The resulting wine is crisp and refreshing, lending itself to pairings with seafood and poultry dishes.

Zeni Vignealte Lugana presents a pale straw color in the glass fading to an almost water-white rim.The nose is a little subdued and delicate, revealing notes of citrus and orchard fruit like lemon zest and ripe pear, accompanied by white flowers. These aromas are complemented by a hint of almond and minerality. On the palate, a crisp acidity and light body give way to flavors of ripe citrus, apricot, and a hint of minerality. The finish is well balanced and refreshing, with a lingering hint of almond.
