WINE DESCRIPTION
Xanadu Chardonnay is a ripe, crowd-pleasing, dry white wine hailing from Western Australia's, Margaret River region. Following harvest, the fruit was whole bunch pressed and entirely barrel-fermented in barriques. Individual batches were blend and lees stirred throughout the oak maturation period, lending a creaminess and richness that helps to bring a textural complexity to the wine.
NOTES FROM VINOVOSS SOMMELIER
Xanadu Chardonnay shimmers in the glass with a vibrant golden hue, immediately captivating the eye.On the nose, it bursts with a bouquet of ripe tropical fruits, such as pineapple and mango, intertwined with subtle hints of vanilla and toasted oak. The palate is rich and creamy, with a perfect balance between the fruit flavors and the well-integrated oak notes. The acidity is refreshing, adding a lively zest to the wine and lifting the bright, fruity finish.
