WINE DESCRIPTION
Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Cabernet-Merlot is produced from grapes that are harvested, crushed and fermented in inert vessels with the aim of retaining the bright fruit character. The wines are matured for a period to contribute sweet oak spices designed to complement the ripe dark fruit flavors.
NOTES FROM VINOVOSS SOMMELIER
This Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Cabernet - Merlot has a deep ruby appearance. The nose offers aromas of dark fruit, with hints of chocolate and coffee. The palate is medium to full-bodied and smooth texture. Flavors of blackberry and dark chocolate, mark the relatively short albeit pleasant, fruity finish.
