Lynn and Kirk Grace oversee this commercially producing vineyard, producing around 20 to 70 cases annually. Founded in 2005, their 100% varietal Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard follows sustainable and organic practices, emphasizing soil management. Kirk, also overseeing Stag's Leap Wine Cellars vineyards, brings decades of experience. Despite bird challenges, their meticulous farming philosophy results in elegant, traditionally styled wines with a maximum alcohol content of 13.9%. The name "Wise Acre" reflects their joy in farming and commitment to wise, natural practices.
