WINE DESCRIPTION
William Hill Bench Blend Chardonnay is a premium wine produced by William Hill Estate Winery, a renowned producer of high-quality wines. The grapes for this wine are sourced from the winery's estate vineyards located in the Napa Valley appellation. The vineyards are situated on the hillsides, which provide excellent drainage and exposure to the sun, resulting in grapes with concentrated flavors and aromas. The winemaking process involves a combination of stainless steel and oak barrel fermentation, which adds complexity and depth to the wine. The resulting wine is a rich and creamy Chardonnay with notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak. It is a perfect wine for those who appreciate a full-bodied and flavorful Chardonnay.

Saleem
Classy rim with a medium straw hue. A perfume of orange blossom and honeysuckle unfold with a sweet, floral aroma. A light, rewarding sensation with an expert blend of profiles is even by a pleasing, soapy finish. A confusing, yet intriguing, chardonnay with a lightly sweet surprise. It drinks more like a crisp, dry riesling. A truly exceptional, well-crafted fruit of the wine gods. Bon appétit.

Dust
Lush and mellow with a understated oak influence, accompanied by sweet flavors of caramelized pineapple and a touch of tropical fruit. even as it paired well with spicy Thai dishes, we find it more suited to pairing with lighter, fresher flavors.

3.75 with pleasing in total quality. The nose features honeysuckle and oak, complementing the medium straw color. The texture presents an unusual mix, with citrus, honey, and floral nuances clashing with butter. The finale is medium thick and acidic, bringing a tailored match for shellfish.
