Perched on an elevated southwest-facing slope, it endures the relentless force of onshore winds from the Pacific Ocean. The vines extend their roots deep into the renowned, microbe-rich, dense clay soil of Sta. Rita Hills, anchoring themselves against the relentless sea breeze. It's this unique environment that imparts an extra layer of boldness and complexity to the fruit's juice.
