WINE DESCRIPTION
Vintage Longbottom Pillar Box Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz sourced from the Henry’s Drive Padthaway vineyards. The grapes are harvested at
ideal ripeness and then fermented on skins for approximately five days. After the wines are fermented, they are matured for about a year and a half of which a third is aged in a mix of French and American oak.

The Coonawarra region was established in the late 19th century, and is now renowned for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
