With vineyards positioned at altitudes ranging from 500m to 550m above sea level, the grapes benefit from optimal growing conditions. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and transported to the cellar in small crates to ensure their integrity. Following a gentle pressing of whole bunches, the flower must is obtained. The vinification process and subsequent aging on fine lees for four months occur entirely in stainless steel vats, preserving the wine's freshness and purity of fruit flavors. Villa Raiano Greco di Tufo embodies the essence of the Greco grape, showcasing vibrant acidity, elegant minerality, and a crisp, refreshing finish.
