Somewhat underwhelming experience, given our fondness for Villa Maria's whites, the wine's lack of layers is a letdown, the fruit on the nose is pleasant, but the colour is somewhat muted. Perhaps our pairing choices were off, we'll have to revisit this later to see if it improves.

Bracing and fruity wine with a elegant strawberry undertone, its pale pink tinge is seamless by a medium-light mouthfeel. The flavor profile is nostalgic of watermelon and strawberry, with a decent rose finish.

Crisp and easy-drinking rosé that demonstrates its dry side, with a nuanced undertone of residual sweetness. The fruit-forward undertones of melons and strawberries are specifically well-balanced, making it a excellent pairing with blue cheese biscuits.
