Rafi
Rich and deep wine with a deep, golden hue. Upon initial pour, a mild oak influence is evident, but the addition of stainless steel and 12 months on the lees has resulted in a smooth and smooth character. The nose is distinguished by a harmonious evenness of oxidative, baked apple, peach, and marzipan notes, with a dash of bone dry minerality and bright acidity. As the wine warms, the nuances unfold with quince, cooked apple, and peach conserve, accompanied by a leesy tactile quality and crystallised ginger and white pepper spice. The lasting impression is long and satisfying, with a gentle minerality and a lingering finish.
