Elaborated with meticulous attention, this Albariño undergoes rigorous quality control from vineyard monitoring to complete maturation. Hand-harvested in 20kg crates, it undergoes a meticulous selection process on sorting tables. Cold maceration at 10ºC for six hours precedes gentle grape pressing, followed by static settling in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation, controlled at 17ºC for fifteen days, ensures optimal flavor extraction. After tangential filtration and bottling in an inert atmosphere, the wine rests for a month before its market release.
